Aloha, Welcome to Stop The Chop Hawaii

Our mission is simple — to restore peace and protect the ʻāina for the residents of Pacific Palisades in Pearl City, Hawaii.

For years, weekly helicopter training has taken place on AG-1 zoned agricultural land owned by Kamehameha Schools next to Pacific Palisades— without the required Conditional Use Permit. This ongoing activity has caused constant noise, disrupted our community, and violated the spirit of Hawaii’s land-use laws meant to safeguard our neighborhoods and natural spaces.

We’re not against training or public safety — we simply believe it should be done in the right place and with proper permits. Our community deserves quiet skies, clean air, and respect for the land.

Join us as we work together to hold decision-makers accountable, protect our ʻāina, and bring back the peace Pacific Palisades was once known for.
